These terms explain the allowed use of Destinyly, the limits of symbolic readings, and the responsibilities users accept when using the calculator and content.

Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Destinyly, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Destinyly may update these terms as the product, content, advertising setup, or features change.
Nature of the service
Destinyly provides a free Matrix of Destiny calculator, chart visualization, guide content, compatibility-oriented educational content, and symbolic readings based on birth date inputs. The service is intended for personal reflection, education, entertainment, journaling, and spiritual exploration.
No professional advice
Destinyly does not provide medical, legal, financial, investment, psychological, relationship counseling, or other professional advice. Do not make important decisions solely because of a chart, reading, number, line, compatibility result, or generated interpretation.
No guaranteed outcomes
Destiny Matrix readings are symbolic interpretations. Destinyly does not guarantee accuracy, compatibility, financial results, romantic outcomes, life events, timing predictions, or personal transformation. Any action you take after reading the site is your responsibility.
Acceptable use
You agree not to disrupt the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape at unreasonable scale, misuse downloadable assets, impersonate Destinyly, copy the service for deceptive purposes, or use the site in a way that violates applicable law or harms others.
Content and intellectual property
The site design, copy, chart presentation, interface, and original educational content belong to Destinyly or its licensors, unless otherwise stated. You may save or share your own generated chart card for personal use, provided you do not remove branding in a misleading way or present the material as an official professional diagnosis.
