One inbox handles support, corrections, privacy questions, security reports, and legitimate business enquiries. Use a descriptive subject line and include only the information needed to investigate the request. Do not send identity documents, payment-card details, medical records, or account passwords.
Choose the clearest subject line
Include the selected birth date, the value or position that appears wrong, the page URL, browser, and device.
Quote the exact sentence, explain the concern, and include the source or calculation that supports the correction.
Describe the data or message involved and the action you are requesting. Send from the relevant email address where possible.
Describe the affected URL, steps to reproduce, likely impact, and a safe way to confirm the issue. Do not access other users' data.
Include the page, device, browser or assistive technology, and the control or content that could not be used.
Explain the organization, proposed scope, commercial relationship, and why it is relevant to Destinyly readers.
Content and calculation corrections
Destiny Matrix traditions vary across creators, countries, and schools. A different result is not automatically a software error: two calculators may use different reduction rules, position names, or secondary-channel formulas. We first compare the reported result with the method Destinyly publishes and uses across the site.
If Destinyly has applied its own method incorrectly, used a broken example, misrepresented a source, or written a claim with excessive certainty, the affected page will be reviewed. Substantive corrections may update the visible review date. Personal disagreement with an interpretation is welcome feedback, but it is handled differently from a reproducible calculation error.
Privacy requests
Use "Privacy Request" for questions about contact messages, cookies, analytics, advertising technologies, or personal data. Destinyly currently works without user accounts, and calculator inputs are processed for the chart experience rather than attached to a public profile. We may need to verify that a requester controls the relevant email address before acting on an email-related request.
What happens after you write
Destinyly is a small independent publication. Actionable privacy, security, accessibility, and calculation reports are prioritized, but response times depend on the investigation required and current capacity. A reproducible issue may require source review, browser testing, or a code change before a useful response is possible.
Acknowledgement does not guarantee that a requested editorial change, partnership, backlink, or feature will be accepted. When a correction is declined, the distinction may be methodological rather than factual; our published Methodology remains the reference for calculations on this site.
Messages that may not receive a reply
Mass link-building requests, paid-link proposals, undisclosed advertorials, generic guest-post pitches, requests to manipulate a chart result, deceptive outreach, and messages unrelated to Destinyly may be closed without response. Security testing must remain lawful and must not expose, alter, or retain another person's data.
